This is the worst experience that I have ever had with this location. I ordered $56 worth of food at 1am. for a 2:05am drop off. As of 3:00 am I have still not received my food and the phone continuously goes to the automated assisting menu with NO answer. I have called at least 5 times with NO answrr

Worst experience ever tonight!! 😡🤬🤬 what happened to good customer service? How you get mad at me for messing up my order and when I call back and tell you about it and showed your driver the proof you tried giving me an old pizza from another order you get mad and hang up on me the paying customer. When I'm just tryna get my refund. But you know I for sure will spreed the bad business practices and unprofessionallsm your establishment had. Definitely be up there too

I ordered one slice of pepperoni & sausage; and they cut corners on me! The used an already cooked and burned cheese pizza & added another layer of cheese, then placed the pepperoni & sausage on the top of it. Lastly when I asked for napkins the guy was rude when I asked. They almost force you to leave a tip with their machine… and the fires I ordered was extremely salty! This is the second time this has happened. I literally tossed my food and went to Dennys down the street. I will never order from there again! I’m done

I ordered pizza and breadsticks from here through Uber Eats last night. When I got my order, I was very disappointed and disgusted!! There was a hair in my breadsticks. I called the restaurant to let them know, and the guy on the phone just laughed at me and told me he made the breadsticks and that there couldn’t be hair in it. He said I would have to get in contact with Uber. But there absolutely was a hair in it! I never leave bad reviews for restaurants, but I had to bc this was a terrible experience!

I was leaving a lounge for the night and wanted a quick bite to eat. I ordered a pepperoni slice. It was so good and filled me up. Soaked up the liquor and hit the spot.
I ordered 2 chicken ceaser salads with extra chicken and with steak and instead of real chicken in my salad I got lunch meat very disappointed my bill was over $40 for 2 salads never again!!!

I order a half steak and cheese sub with bacon and they forgot to put the bacon. I ordered it through Grubhub. They would not very cooperative about the situation. Bad customer service. Offered me double bacon the next time, but they can't do that if I'm ordering through Grubhub. They failed to understand that. Terrible service. And I have been ordering from them for a while. Unfortunately, this concludes my service with them.
