Ordered from this place while I was at the embassy hotel downtown washington DC came in town for a concert and ordered via uber eats ... I ordered 2 tuna salad , 2Liter ginger ale and Buffalo wings the total was $80 just for that .. my mother bit into the chicken it was PINK.. Called the store they said they'll adjust the price but never did. If it's your first time and u want to try out this place NEVER GO HERE. Everything sucked expect the ginger ale. If I could put 0 stars I would. Yuck

delivery no show. store called me and blamed me for not calling them since it was 50 minutes. no apology, no offer except she said she had to cancel the order. When I brought up customer service she said she dealt with this every day, didn't care, and that she would have a job no matter what. Then she hung up on me when I said that I guess I would have to find a new pizza place. never again

I ordered a salad for my mother through doordash for a relatively who is diabetic I was told the food would be delivered 4:40pm I get a message to have phone ready for when dasher arrives. I go to my door and nobody is there. Then I get another text telling me That Alphonso has confirmed he handed me my order, I call to find out where he took my order, he tell me no speak English and hung up. I will never order from here again and will tell everyone I know not to do business with this establishment as well..

I walked in to place an order and they added a "Surcharge" to the bill. This was a $40 in-person, non-delivery order, so I asked what the added charge was for. They said it's for using a credit card. They add a % charge to all credit cards regardless of how much the order was for. I got a refund and took my money to Dominos.
My neighbor in a wheelchair simply asked for the delivery driver to come to the door, the front of our building has two steps and only the back of the building is wheelchair accessible. their delivery driver refused to get out of the car and bring the food to the door, less than 10 feet away. Absolutely disgusting he was extremely rude and said "that's not my problem" as my neighbor tried to explain to him that he cannot simply walk down some steps.
