Manny & Olga's Pizza

I went to this establishment when it open on July 1st. And it was a gentleman only person in there. ( im use to the lady's) me and partner order he took our cash, and proceeded to make our food. Not once did he wash his hands straight to deep fryer and grill.😡 I said excuse meni want my money back and cancel the my order. I ask him did he was your hands. And he looking at me like im crazy 🤪. It's not me, it's you. I am making a call to dc health department. Please don't visit unless the ladies are there. COOKING!

Ordered 28 traditional wings and they delivered boneless instead. The food was horrible. Looked like they heavily batter the chicken nuggets and pour sauce over it. It tasted nasty. I called and the lady at the store was no help. Get RlD OF THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM ASAP.

I called to order a delivery, and the lady begain shouting at me due to me not understand her when she askedf for my address due to her accent. When I asked her to repeat her question, she took a long pause and a deep breath and exhaled as if I was annoying her. I kindly told ker that she was rude and would not ne placing an order at this establishment. Customer service is poor!!!!!

I ordered a large grandma's pizza. My order was wrong. My pizza wasn't done. Tomatoes too big. Pizza wasn't hot. Who ever is in there right now is doing a poor job. The cheese wasn't melted. I order here a lot but now I'm gonna reconsider because the service was bad. I am very disappointed 😞.

I went there this morning around 11 to order lunch. The steak and cheese special. I told him I’d be right back. Came back 10 minutes later still not ready. And lash and man are now in the store. I grab my soda and wait. For some reason I’m waiting so long in there because it was am hours and no one was there when I got there. Now it’s been 15 mins. I walk to the dollar store and come right back didn’t even have what I wanted. Upon return the woman was gone and the man is getting his food. So I know mines is ready. I approach the window and he hands me my bag. I get in the car and I couldn’t really smell it. Not typical. Next thing you know I’m home barely any steak ! Super thin ! And fries undercooked ! I baked them
When I got home.

My sis ordered from this place and the doordash driver that they use left her food i the building lobby and her food was taken. Called them and they kept her money and didn't want to replace her food. Do not order from them!!!

First time coming. Got a jumbo slice for $5 at 10:50am. Took ~7 minutes to make but it almost filled me up. Jumbo slices are basically two slices in one, but long. I like the atmosphere, it’s a small restaurant but has their story on the wall to read.

The issue that I have with this location is they do not understand english. In order to do business in this area, you need to be bilingual
There is no reason why I cannot walk into the store. And say that I need 2 slices of meat pizza with extra cheese. Then they're looking at me like i'm crazy because they don't understand what i'm saying. I've been ordering from here for almost 2 years. And never have a problem. But today is different. You need people who can understand english and understand a community be. Able to relate and communicate. I walked away and took my money to a different establishment. That's what happens when you cannot relate to the community and relate to the people in your neighborhood.

Love to come here for lunch especially on Wensdays when the girl is the one behind the register she is friendly and very professional, she's patient even when i don't know what to get from the menu lol, they have good lunch specials, and they're bbq wings are amazzing,The girl that gave me my food is very helpful no attitude whatsoever not like other places , if i remember correctly her name is sarah, i always get the steak n cheese and she's always on time when it comes to food preparation time and my food is always hot and ready, we need more people like her in the food industry very professional with no attitude. Thumbs up to this place i'll recommend this place to anyone ??????? parking isn't so great but the food is very well worth the trip ?

I ordered some wings & a slice of pizza a lil after 10 last night. The wings were re-fried not fresh. Damn near burnt! & so was the slice of pizza. The crust wasn’t edible! If I wasn’t on lunch break & had time I would’ve went back for a refund! So just check your order b4 you leave
