I ordered their wings, bit into one of them and found red as if it wasn't cooked thoroughly. I am praying I don't get food poisoning. The wings just didn't taste right. I am trying to post a picture but I am unable too. I hope I can get my money back.

i’ve been living in this neighborhood for six years. The food here lately has been more trash than it usually is and has been getting worse every time I made the stupid decision to patronize them. I didn't think it could get worse but it did. I'll never go back again.

They had one job. Match the pizza to the ticket. My Uber driver delivered the wrong pizza to me, after my delivery was delayed! How do you not check the pizza and the ticket to be sure they match! This is the second time this has happened. I call Manny and Olga's and spoke with a man named Tony. I feel that was not his real name, but he also stated he was the manager. He kept telling me to call Uber Eats and I had already tried to reach them right after I looked at the Pizza. I asked him just to have a delivery person bring my correct pizza because I have been waiting for a while, and I have a pizza that my family will not eat it. He did not seem too concerned about this situation, but stated he would try to reach Uber eats. It's unfortunate that these restaurants in these predominately African-American neighborhoods, can be so careless and they don't know how to problem solve properly. As a manager, he should have offered to bring me the proper pizza, or come up with an immediate solution, when the issue was caused by them. I have not ordered from this shop in a while and won't ever again. I'm highly disappointed in this manager and the entire staff for the neglect of a simple job.

Great team on the Rhode Island Avenue N.E. location, not so good at the Georgia Avenue N.W. location. That's why I don't go there anymore. And I always go to the one close to where I live ?

Great Service, Terrible Pizza. Ive been going here for years. I’ve tried their pizza, and even tried it well done. It’s NOT worth it, the gum line in their pizza makes the whole thing taste undercooked and doughy. Italians aren’t known for thick crust pizza, their known for thin and light crust, and their care towards the sauce and cheese. Little Cesares pizza isn’t the Great, but it’s blows them away for sure. Let me save you the trouble, stick to the Steak & Cheese.

10 out of 10!!! I went about 20 mins before they were about to close & the service was very fast. I typically do not get chicken Philly cheese steaks, but this did not disappoint at all!! The got the half which is 8" + fires. I'm usually greedy but the half was enough! The fries were normal. But the sub was soooo good ! I'll definitely be back when I'm back in town

One of the guys who works at the cash register on Tuesdays is extremely rude he always seems so bothered at having to stop what he’s doing on his phone and to help me. He never even greets me just continues to type on his phone when I walk in and looks up at me when he’s ready for my order. He also up charged me. I got something that said on the menu was 7.99 and he charged me $10 didn’t realize it until I walked out thinking that seems over priced for what I got. Will only come back when the girl is working on Wednesdays as she is very nice and always seems happy to assist her REGULAR customers.

Great location, pleasant staff. This is the only spot where I eat cheese pizza. It's delicious.

The service is not what you'd expect. I called at 2:30am on my way home and I get through and ask him to order and he says flatly, "No". I proceed to ask what time they close and the gentleman says "2:45, i mean 2:30". I understand it's late but if the place closes at 2 or 2:30 just put that on the site. Pizza is good though
