I don’t feel as bad writing this review knowing that others have experienced the horrible management at this place. Please train your staff! How anyone feels comfortable yelling at customers is beyond my understanding. Please let your staff know it’s okay for customers to have questions in the morning and they don’t have to yell to get their point across.

Ordered a simple cheeseburger, 10 pc nuggets, and fries for a quick meal while working. Horrible. The fries tasted like cardboard, the burger was cold and flat as a tire (though it felt warm when I first picked up the wrapper), the inside of the nuggets were mealy, and none of my dipping sauces were included. Just a LOT of ketchup packets. The worst $20 doordash order to a restaurant I have spent in 2024.

Not bistro or dinner, specifically fast food. 4 stars for food because, when they are swamped with a long line, the food still comes out as fast as you can expect, it’s been accurate every time and always cooked to a standard to promote satisfaction. Especially even when they’re busy.

I rushed off my train upstairs to get my food, then they called my train. I told the guy at the counter and he rushed my order. I wish I got his name because I would really like him to be recognized. All the employees were nice with smiles!!!

I am not joking when i tell you they have a squad of mean, heckling homeless people who will harass you for money right in front of this McDonald's in union station. They started yelling and name calling when i declined their many requests for money, and was forced to leave because they were escalating and i feared violence. Apparently if i have money to buy a coffee for myself then i must have money to support the homeless population of D.C. Mcdonalds should be giving these people money or food, as a multi billion dollar company, instead of letting their potential customers be threatened and harassed as soon as they approach McDonald's. Ridiculous

Rainy day and I don't feel like walking outside. Took the walkway from work back to Union Station to McDonald's.You already know what you are getting with the Golden Arches. I only eat at McDonald's a few times a year. It "fills a hole" like my Grandma use to say. I ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheesw with free Fries on the app! We modern up in here Sweetheart! Prices have certainly changed but everything else everywhere has as well.Remember it is located in a busy train station, which was very calm today., ans you will be good to go.The People working there are always pleasant to me when some People are not so pleasant to them. They do have a seating area off the main floor. But I get it to go and take to back to work.I didn't take pictures because it is hard to but we all know MvDonald's. Quick, Fast and easy.

Worst service from a McDonald’s I have ever seen. They do discriminate against black people and it’s crazy because the people working are Hispanic. The manager needs to be fired how are you a manager and you have the nerve to say you can’t do anything like are you crazy? How did they even give such a person a managerial position probably because unlike the others she can speak English but her comprehension is a 0. My uncle owns a couple mc Donald’s and for what happened today I’m definitely going to take it up with higher ups. You messed with the wrong one and I’m glad.
