You order a 6 piece McNuggets, they give you 4. You order a big breakfast, they forget the hash brown. The guy in the parking lot asks you for money regardless.
It’s very annoying when the employees forget to give you the food you pay for. These are simple things that should be hard to screw up. The folks who work here have always been very nice and kind to me, so maybe this is a customer volume (in multiple aspects) or managerial issue.
The guys hanging out panhandling in the parking lot need to work on their pitch. No one is going to give them money or buy them lunch when they slur their first sentence and have a half-assed delivery. This place is like a mecca for panhandlers.
To be fair, this location is miles above the “Night of the Living Dead” McDonald’s down the street in NOMA, where the local unhoused persons stumble up to you in the drive through to ask you for cash while you’re trying to place an order.

I went to mcdonald’s trying to order a 6 piece happy meal and they told me i couldn’t buy it. obviously wondering why i can’t buy what i want i asked for 20 piece chicken nuggets and they told me i could buy it. i then asked why i couldn’t buy the 6 piece chicken nuggets and i wasn’t getting a clear response. my dad asks to talk to the supervisor/ manager and a young man comes and tells us the new policy which we understood and were ready to proceed with the order but then that lady in the picture comes to ask what happened and the young man explains what happened and she starts arguing with us as to why we couldn’t get them and we were just explaining that we wanted a clear answer and we didn’t understand if it had such a easy answer why was it so difficult to let us know and she argued with us and was telling us there’s many mcdonald’s to go to and then proceeded to ask what we wanted to eat. doesn’t make sense right? im posting this review because i wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone else

I looked online to see if it was open and it said it was open so I walk there from my house to go pick up some food for me and my partner. When I got there, there was a Hispanic mom with her two kids, me (im African American )and one other black person, and a delivery person that was black as well. They were all outside when I showed up but I walked away once I realized that the doors were locked to go check the other side of the building to see if the doors were lock as well. When I came back over to the original side of the building, I saw that the Hispanic mom and her children were let in, but the others were left outside. Take that as you will, but I will never be coming to this McDonald’s ever again. I personally believe that you guys are racist.

Marvin nicely gave me 10pc nuggets to make up for my meal erroneously having no 4pc nuggets.
He was very nice about it and gave me free sauces. Give him a pay rise managers!
The reviews are overly harsh on the workers at this mcdonalds - in my experience they are normally youngish people who do a good job in a place which attracts lots of odd/down on their luck characters...
It isn't the most inspiring place, unfortunately.
When I was in, a whole table of people left a table looking like a bomb site and was rude to the young guy behind the till.
All in all, I have been here a lot and the criticism is a bit unfair, the people behind the counter are really doing their best.

McDonald’s is so poor that they cannot even afford to put any ketchup on my Uber order. I asked for 20 packages of ketchup to eat with large fries and two cheese burgers and they ignored that request and did not put the ketchup
Besides it being Christmas there weren’t any customers inside only the 2 or 3 cars in the drive through area and people panhandling in the lobby and outside the restaurant that’s why I gave it such a low rating and the food was not even hot to top it off but other than not feeling safe everything was 👌🏾
Vegetarian options: I don’t even believe that they offered me the option of vegetarian 🥗
Dietary restrictions: 0to none
Parking: Parking 🅿️ is ok but I would advise you to keep an eye 👁️ on your surroundings and car because you have to deal with vagrants and such .
Kid-friendliness: Well only if you’re accompanying your children and you’re not staying long.

Manager CARLOS was exceptionally discriminating and disrespectful. As he saw I had my luggage with me from traveling and he asked me to leave assuming that I was loitering. Or that I was homeless. I told him that I was ordering online and he changed is attitude obviously wrong and embarrassed

Ordered and paid ahead only to get there and the store gave my order to a ubereats driver despite that hey tried to refuse refund or remake manager was rude cursed me out I called police I don't have money to waste
