Extremely slow when busy (30 minute wait time). The bathroom in a dirty and the changing table is broken and hanging. Also one single bathroom to share for this large establishment.
Clean, nice place and friendly staff

Last night was one of the worst nights of my life, and it shattered my entire perception of McDonald’s.
I am a journalist, and after finishing my night shift, I usually stop to order something before heading home. But last night, after visiting this location, I experienced extremely poor, unprofessional, and offensive treatment from the staff.
When I left the store, McDonald’s had taken my money, but I received no food, was disrespected, and no one contacted me afterward to apologize. Shockingly, my order is still not marked as canceled.
I arrived at the branch at 2:00 a.m. and waited for 25 minutes. One of the workers, wearing a black apron with his name tag deliberately hidden underneath, eventually told me that my order hadn’t been processed.
I immediately showed him my online banking payment confirmation and the order confirmation email. He shrugged, turned his back on me, and walked away.
I then politely asked his coworker—a younger male employee—for the man's name. Neither of them responded. Instead, they both turned away and began whispering to each other, completely ignoring me.
The atmosphere was heavily male-dominated. I was the only woman present, surrounded by several homeless individuals who kept asking me to buy them food. I felt deeply unsafe and uncomfortable.
Despite waiting there for over 30 minutes, no one delivered my order, and the staff continued to walk past me with total indifference. I was finally forced to leave—hungry, humiliated, and still charged for a meal I never received.
McDonald’s has failed to honor its responsibility, and my money was essentially stolen. Imagine if this happened to 100 people at different locations each night—what a fortune that would be, built on dishonesty and lack of accountability.
I have all the supporting evidence for my claims, including bank statements and confirmation emails.

Yulay is truly a dedicated and hardworking employee. Despite today’s high customer volume at the McDonald’s outlet, she remained polite, enthusiastic, and attentive throughout. Her ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude is commendable. She genuinely deserves recognition and a well-earned raise for her outstanding performance.

You will be lucky if one of the employees can speak and understand English that’s why you can only use the kiosk at this location

For being a busy McDonalds in downtown D.C., I didn't wait long around 10:30pm on a Friday in June for my spicy McChicken sandwich and large fries. The space seemed clean and service was decent.

It was food at 230 am.... can't complain, definitely not writing home about it.
Security guard was cool..... the cashier cussing out a crackhead for stealing stuff from behind the counter right before I walked out....
I will go drunk next time, probably would have got a better rating.
