Stood in store for over 30 minutes, never received my food because they were still working on mobile orders they received 2 hours ago. Tried to use the bathroom just for them to be blocked off. I get that this place is open late into the night right on the corner where everyone is partying but they really do need some better system in place. $16 Worth of food that I didn’t get!!!

I counted 6 chairs in the lobby, with multiple tables. Where do you expect your customers to sit?
Service was slow, no sense of urgency. We ordered on the app and still had to wait for 10 minutes after we arrived to the store.
The restroom was out of order. The lobby was in need of some cleaning, it was a hot mess
The food was all hot and fresh.

I ask to borrow the bathroom and they tell me that it is only for consumers of the store and I buy something and they tell me that the damn bathroom is damaged so thank you, you have to buy if it doesn't work anyway, and that McDonald's is only full of people from the street and horrible drugged people. that place

fries are never fresh and always cold, chicken sandwich not cooked fully .very unorganized need a system separating delivery and indoor order because the staff confused.the store is full with homeless people trying to sneak people receipts and meals

Worst McDonald's I've ever stopped at. They don't keep track of orders at all, refuse to acknowledge and address customers. Rude staff. Just stopped in for a drink and it took 30 minutes for us to get the 2 drinks we had ordered.

Paris and Cherise the worst workers in there very unprofessional and disrespectful towards me and my infant in stroller tried to get my food fix but turn around and order a big Mac meal ate it in our face after I called no answer she kept my receipt paris was very rude as well like they both not trying work there but ride the metro like everyone else

I call it the base camp of wanderers and beggars. When I was ordering food, more than three beggars came over and asked for one dollar. It’s best not to go if you can. Be careful around the area.
