Went into this establishment early Sunday morning to pick up something to eat on the way home. Floors were just mopped appeared to be clean. After ordering my food I asked the young lady do I need a code for the restroom? The young lady stated that the restrooms are down. I didn't ask her if the restrooms are down where do you all use the restroom? The young lady pointed to her right. So I said where are you pointing to down the street? She said yes then she said we have to go to Taco Bell. Now I understand this young ladies English was broken with a Spanish accent, but I understood more than she thought. And to my understanding there is no Taco Bell. Now if she didn't mean to say Taco Bell because my questions caught her off guard. How are they sanitizing their hands and where are they using the restroom? So with that kind of service and situation I asked for a refund.

Probably the worst McDonald's I have tried. And I have been to many, in USA, Canada and Europe. No seats, toilet broken (both of them), not possible to order Soda in the self service machines when ordering meals. Two stars probably to much, however The Food was ok and the Wifi was working.

The restaurant is really small, a few chairs have disappeared and there aren't enough for the tables, restrooms are closed, a few options on the menu aren't available, staff members mumble when calling your name: not the best McDonald's in the USA.
Drunk man harassed me for telling his gf âhey watch it you stepped on my toesâ. McDonaldâs security ignored the situation on his phone while the man harassed me and tried to instigate a fight. Other customers paid attention and tried to diffuse the situation, but the drunk man and drunk woman got to stay while I had to leave for my own safety. Incompetent security; homophobic staff; unsafe environment for anyone who isnât aggressively cis.

the security guard scheduled for the overnight shift was very rude. my friends and i just asked him a simple question as to why the werenât open and he proceeded to go on a tyrant on why he âdoesnât like black womenâ. i donât see how that was necessary here.

I went in during a quiet time. I had my order for take out because the place doesn't look like a nice place to have a meal. The order was good though, the burger was very tasty with crunchy bacon and the fries are good (it is incredible how that is the same flavor worldwide). There was a nice jazz music in the background that made tge wait enjoyable. I would recommend to go for take out and avoid busy hours. There are some crazy characters you would like to avoid if you eat in.

Probably the worst McDonaldâs I have seen: no bathrooms (closed), the dispenser for hand-sanitizing gel was empty so no possibility to wash your hands, and ONLY ONE CHAIR for around 10 tables. Moreover, the staff is not providing ketchup for your fries for example
