Clean, friendly staff, they don't break chops if you take multiple sample cups, good flavor selection (try the original tart!), and an outdoor seating option. The cherry on top is the cherry on top.
Listen, the best frozen yogurt is the kind you pour yourself and top with a lot of junk. Menchie's always has a lot of seasonal flavors, along with your year-round favorites. I also love that there's a ton of candy options + hot fudge topping, which is my fave. They also have the little taster cups out for you, which I always appreciate. This is where my boyfriend and I go when we're feeling like we need an unnecessary treat.

This place had many frozen yogurt options, and tons of topping options to choose from. The shop does not accept cash and service is pretty quick.

First off, cash was not accepted (which is fine) but not mentioned to me when I called. Initially of course, I had sent my kids in with cash not knowing the policy. Then, my son came back in with a credit card and your associate threw the yogurts out and said this is why I hate kids coming in (right in front of my kids). I'm guessing that kids are a lot of your clientele--so a pretty unnecessary comment and given that my son is a high school student, I have a hard time believing that HS kids don't come in unattended to your establishment. As they were discouraged, I drove around and finally found some parking (which is why I initially sent them in first) and came in to get four more containers. The employee was not personable at all. Actually, I've never had such bad customer service at a froyo place honestly. Sweet frog doesn't treat their guests this way. Luckily, yogurt was good but the customer service was not. Perhaps some re-training or better hiring in the future. Won't be back to this location.

Very bad customer service.

I rarely go in and every time I do I remember why I don't go... the employees ignore you, you have to ask to be rung up even when they are standing there, fruit is overly ripe to the point it's falling apart and even the froyo isn't prepared well (I can say that having worked at yogurt shop and understanding what it should taste like). Cake batter here tastes like chemicals.
