They literally missed an entire entree (classic shawarma) and side of hummus on my order. It says it on the receipt but not in the bag. Then I had to pay 2 different delivery people a tip because of their screw up.

Capital Heights,MD. I just had the worst experience I have ever had. I had a representative tell me her app not working was not her problem and I quote “ I don’t want to deal with you just take the sandwich” I did not come to get a free meal. I was trying to use my birthday coupon that expires tomorrow. The manager was not on duty. After my experience 3 customers walked out. No excuse for this bad behavior. I will speak with the manager as soon as possible. No one deserves this kind of treatment.
CHECK YOUR BAG!! If we have to have national chains on The Hill, then I'm glad we have Mezeh. The service has usually been A+ and food very good as well. Unfortunately today was an anomaly. We didn't check closely enough and when we got home, my kabob bowl turned out to be a felafel bowl with just tomatoes and a little eggplant. I'm very disappointed and I paid for meat.
