The soft serve was tasty, but I was most excited about trying a cookie, any cookie, a fresh cookie with all the textures Christina writes about in her cookbooks. What I got instead is a pre-packaged cookie exactly like what I could buy at the store. Super bummed…I love all of the Milk Bar cookbooks and use them often, I guess I’ll just bake them myself instead of making the special trip the next time I’m in DC.
I went here for my birthday (the staff didn’t know it was my birthday at first) and they were some of the most genuinely sweet people I’ve ever interacted with! Then, when they found out about my birthday they went even more above and beyond to make me feel special 🥰 In house I got the cereal milk soft serve with the corn flake crumble and an iced coffee overall an 11/10 ☺️ Very happy with my experience!!
Extremely overrated. Cake was just ok. Ice cream was blah and they only have two flavors. Service was great though!
