Our event was EVERYTHING we wished for. It started with Erin understanding our desire to host a celebration that was both elegant and playful. And we achieved it! The buffet, the porch and room of round tables were popping with colorful linens and flowers. Erin has a great eye for design and she also is detail oriented - a perfect combination which gave my husband and me complete confidence that we were in good hands. We love Mindy's chef and the creativity in their menu options. Our guests were blown away by the dinner and the lovely servers who worked SO hard and made it all look easy. Yonas, who was on site to oversee the party, is a treasure - so in charge and delightful at the same time. I want to start planning another party because now I have my go-to caterer. Thanks to Erin and Mindy's crew for making our celebration so special.

We have used Mindy's Catering twice in the last year for family memorial services. They are a perfect blend of quality and reasonable price. We had a lot of excellent choices, the food was high quality and tailored to reflect family favorites, they don't overload you with additional fees and alcohol you pay what you actually use not the inflated prices or corkage fees some of the more well known firms overcharge. They staff appropriately (the big firms insist on overstaffing). Staff onsite are delightful, helpful, unobtrusive, anticipating your needs and they plan for the need appropriately. When Mindy's are in their busy season and you are preparing estimates with them communication can be slow (just follow up if needed) but they performed as agreed with no issues. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone both for the quality of the food and our events went without a hitch.

My brother attended an event where Mindy's Catering service provided where I was able to taste how delicious the smoked chicken and brisket with beans tasted!

Do not, repeat do not go with this catering company. The customer service is absolutely terrible.

I contacted Mindy's to cater a reception to be held after a relative's memorial service. They said they were free on the date provided and we started to correspond about a possible menu. Then suddenly, I never heard back from them again. I sent two follow up emails and still nothing. That is an unfortunate way to lose business. It is already stressful to handle the planning of a reception when you are grieving. To get ghosted by them is completely unacceptable.

Our daughter's April wedding was rescheduled and down sized to a smaller wedding at our home due to the pandemic. What we did not know was how wonderful an event it would be! We used Mindy's catering after the initial caterer canceled. What a blessing it turned out to be. Erin was absolutely wonderful in preparing the menu and giving advice to someone who never envisioned hosting a home wedding! The food was excellent and Chip and crew were exceptional. It was perfect !! Thank you!

Mindy’s Catering blew us away! Dinner was delicious as well as a lovely presentation. All 15 of us filled our plates and our happy bellies. Delivering the wine early to cool was brilliant.Obviously, you have done this before. Every detail was beyond our expectations. Sunday we had neighbors over to feast on the leftovers, and Monday the salad was still fresh and we made sandwiches with the last of the beef.Outstanding.

I worked with MIndy's Catering many times for weddings, funerals and other events when I was on staff at a local church, and always found their food to be delicious and their service thoughtful and efficient. From planning to clean up, the Mindy's crew really gets how to put on an event, and treat people well. The Mindy's At Home menus have been outstanding, and have been our stay at home treat for weeks--perfect flank steak, really fresh salads, tasty gazpacho, and velvety corn soup--all have been winners.

Mindy's food is simply delicious! What a treat to have a break from cooking with their home delivery service. The dishes come with heating and serving instructions that ensure you prepare the food to peak tastiness. Every dish exceeded our expectations and there was plenty to provide us with leftovers to munch for the next few days. I highly recommend them!

The dinner for two was the perfect pandemic at-home date night! The food was perfectly prepared and the reheating instructions were so easy to follow. Potions were generous, the beef bourguignon was an absolute hit and we will be back soon for more! Thank you Erin, Bobby and the team for an incredible meal!
