I’m so thankful to have this place in my neighborhood. It’s such a gem. I love the sushi and that’s my usual go to but honestly, the Ethiopian food is also great. Do stop in if you are in the area.

What a beautiful spot! The peanut rosemary tea lifted my spirits and the sambusa reminded my friend of home. If you want a spot where you can linger and try one of a kind fusion, visit Mita! Will definitely be going back.

Excellent combo of food! The sushi was delicious, very fresh, and the salmon was incredible. The sambusas were so crisp & well flavored. And the staff are so friendly & accommodating, huge fan!

The ideal, unpretentious foodie spot! The food is always made fresh, with love and excellent; the sushi and sashimi always so, so fresh! I love the peanut butter infused hot chocolate. The Japanese curry is stick-to-the-ribs perfect for a cold winter’s day. The lentil sambusa is always cooked to perfection and the ful with eggs and toasted Italian bread is the heartiest brunch.

The marketplace is a great spot to stock up on coffee and Ethiopian and Japanese snacks. Excited to try the new beers from Japanese microbreweries!

This is a go-to neighborhood spot for me! I am a sushi lover, so I am thrilled to have fresh sushi just a few blocks away from home. The peanut coffee is also a favorite!

I just had lunch here and it’s amazing. I’m visiting from out of town and was looking to do either sushi or Ethiopian and Mita happened to be close to where I’m staying. The sushi is super fresh and delicious and the injera and veggie items were amazing. The service was also amazing. The staff asked what I was hoping for, made suggestions and together we crafted the perfect lunch order. When my meal arrived I nearly cried tears of joy. Highly recommend!

Fantastic neighborhood spot! All the food is good but their salmon sushi is out of this world. It’s higher quality than many salmon nigiri you’d get at much more expensive restaurants. They also have great Ethiopian food and Japanese curries, and the owners are lovely people. It’s worth a trip and should be a regular spot if you live nearby!

Delicious food and great service. Everyone was super warm and the owners are so sweet. We got 2 apps and 3 entrees. We'd planned to take some home but ended up finishing everything. We also tried the peanut infused hot chocolate. Incredible!
