Solid spot with solid drinks — menu changes often. Glad it survived the great Covid exodus from this area. Looked nice, humming and busy on a recent visit. One recommendation: lose the plastic cups for water.

Stopped in here to grab a round really quick before heading home and it is very small but it's like a melting pot. I didn't order any food but I got a drink that was very tasty, and strong!

Will review again next time I visit , since it looked like they were understaffed last Saturday. Despite the weekly cocktail menu looking real good and the bars nice design. We sat for 20 - 25 min without anyone taking out orders.Would have loved to stay but had tickets for The Kennedy Center.

"I love this bar; the ambiance is great! It's cozy and comfortable with seating both downstairs and upstairs (overlooking the downstairs). The service is great too. I let our server know I preferred gin and he was happy to have me name a drink or create one based on my preferences. Would recommend and enjoy returning!"

Amazing bar with great cocktails. Haven’t had any food, but the drinks are fantastic. The bartenders know their stuff, and we ordered both on menu and off menu and everything was excellent (Doug was great). The bar is cozy and has a very cool vibe (we also liked the playlist). It is our new go to bar for pre or post dinner drinks since there are some great restaurants in the area.

I go here the nights I know I need a guarantee I won’t be disappointed… …and Morris never disappoints. Cocktails made right every time. Rhine and Rita anew a cocktail dynamic duo. Recommend to anyone.
Came here for a midweek happy hour and the drinks were fantastic. They were flavorful and strong. The place is cozy and perfect for a small gathering or a date. The bartenders were very kind and the service was prompt. They take their time with the drinks because they come out looking amazing. Perfect for those Instagram posts. Also, this may be a weird observation, but the bathrooms were so incredibly clean! To me that says a lot about any establishment. The bar is close to great restaurant options so you should definitely stop by here for a pre or post dinner drink.

The waitresses were polite, the bartender (if I recall he sported a mustache) was plain rude — no manners whatsoever. It’s a small little place but people seem to enjoy it. Never coming back though, ‘til the change Mr. Rude bartender.

I've been here twice before and it's such an intimate, cute spot. It's essentially two stories, as the upper level is a loft. I've had small bites here and drinks - my favorite drink is their Paja 75 cocktail. This cocktail is the perfect cross between a Pisco sour and a French 75, which are two of my favorites. At Morris American Bar, they make it with Pisco, lemon, honey, raspberry, champagne. The mix of bits of raspberry in the drink is the perfect bit of acidity. Also, everyone here is so nice! Would definitely recommend checking this place out.
