I came here as one of the stops on the Guide to Imbibe DC passport. I found the service to be incredibly rude. Unfortunately, the drinks weren't great either. My Negroni was not well-balanced at all. I would not return.

It's been a truly Shirley Temple-tastic National Shirley Temple Day. As you can tell, this Shirley Temple checks off all the boxes: not one but TWO cherries, a beautiful sprite to grenadine ratio, and enough fizz to jolt me out of my daily post 9 to 5 state of dread. While I thank Mr. Smith for delivering a classic Shirley Temple, ought that be a given on this particular day dedicated to this particular beverage? What elevated this year's National Shirley Temple day from the mere obligatory consumption of a Shirley Temple to a truly Temple-tastic evening were the friends made along the way. Yes, I had the pleasure and privilege of enjoying a satisfying Shirley Temple courtesy of Mr. Smith in the very pleasant company of my dear friend and now number one indulger of my possible over-interest in Shirley Temples, Maria. Maria, despite not liking ANYTHING cherry flavored, celebrated today by ordering a Shirley Temple. A true friend indeed. If Maria wasn't enough, David Bowie also made an appearance this year, as we enjoyed The Labyrinth shortly after. I really enjoyed the film seeing that it had several old loves of mine: old school green screen technology, borderline demonic imagery that targets children, and David Bowie to name a few. The Labyrinth is most certainly an ideal Shirley Temple companion for those of you who are struggling to pick a movie to enjoy your Shirley Temple with. One thing The Labyrinth and the Shirley Temple have in common is that it's about the journey, not the destination. Anyways on that note, whole night was goated. Happy Shirley Temple Day.

Stopped by to use my Guide to Imbibe after being in the area to visit the local theater. Grabbed a seat at the bar since I was solo. Ended up getting the Georgetown Burger, which was great. Also had the Passion-Tini and the espresso martini. Both were really good. The service was good, even though the bar was pretty busy. Would definitely drop back in if in the area.

There was a hair in my fries and got no apology or comp on my food. I ordered ribs and shrimp, that comes with fries. Pulled out a hair with one of my fries and tossed it on the floor. Kindly told the bar tender, who did offer more fries, but I was kinda grossed out. There was never any follow ups and ultimately I paid for a $25+ entree and left starving

We were waiting on our movie to start at the AMC and wanted somewhere with a Happy Hour. Husband and I came in and sat at the bar. We had a rum and coke and a tequila and pineapple. The drinks were yummy. They ambiance was cool, reminded me of a hole in a wall type of place with really good food. We ordered the fries, cajun Creole eggroll, and pulled pork slider which were all fresh, hot, and delicious. Definitely would recommend if you're in the area!
