Amazing! Still dreaming about the… everything!
So glad we got to go before the end -- my first Michelin Star restaurant did not disappoint!
Amazing amazing 1 Michelin star restaurant. I want to say out of all the dishes, only 1 was not amazing. Everything else was superb and that's surprising. Usually you have a couple that are ok or average and some that are amazing.
Servers were very attentive and the chef himself came out to describe some of the dishes. It's very refreshing to see the chef/owner actually cooking and not just on the pass.
Only negative was the parking but that's to be expected of DC.

Reverie is a standout restaurant in the city, known for exceptional food, service, and beverage options at a reasonable price. Nestled in a hidden location in Georgetown, the atmosphere is ideal for dates or casual gatherings. The menu has a seafood focus, featuring dishes like duck and seafood options. Guests have praised the scallop and amberjack bites, as well as the Carolina Gold rice and sunchoke dessert, which have become highlights of the dining experience. The wine pairings are well-curated, and the presentation of the dishes is beautiful.
While some diners have found certain dishes to be too salty or sweet, overall, the dining experience is elevated by outstanding service. Servers are very attentive, and the chef has been noted for coming out to describe some dishes, adding a personal touch. Although parking can be challenging in DC, Reverie continues to provide an excellent atmosphere and interactive service, making it a place worth returning to.
