But what really made the experience stand out was Sharon. She was incredibly welcoming, attentive without being overbearing, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Customer service was great. I ordered the 5 Chicken wings and rice and garlic bread with a coke. Waitress/cashier was great.
Just wanted to give a shout out to the manager Victory at this Nandos. I did an online order and the Nandos system charged me twice what should have been charged. Boo on Nandos online system! Nandos corporate didn't even respond to my email. But Victory was very helpful in getting my refund and followed up with phone calls to make sure that everything was right. Her attention to the customer experience and fixing a problem makes me want to return.
