Very kind and helpful staff, they sliced the gravlox for me and called their boss to confirm an allergy/ingredient. The gravlox itself was under-cured, and had a flavor similar to a stinky French cheese (Epoisses), which is nothing I've experienced before. It needs more salt/dill/sugar. I will not order this again despite the friendly service.

I love love this place!! I take everyone to taste what they have !! I get my dog treats also from here . My last visit made me sad because I love their shrimp salad ..it was spoiled, and boy nasty, I mean I couldn't believe it and I new I couldn't bring it back in time. So sad stomach and disappointed is understatement I hate. I had to dumb it. SO a new suggestion ask for a sample before you buy.. or at least when was it made. I still love this place and will return. I just know what to do for the next visit

I have never had anything from Neopol that I didn't find delicious. The smoked mussels were truly an epiphany when I first tried them and now I usually get two orders whenever I go - one to eat there and one to take home. Fantastic food and products!

I placed my order, and it didn’t take long to receive my sandwich. Let me tell you, the Smoked Salmon BLT on rye was everything and more! I devoured the entire sandwich and felt disappointed when it was gone. The portion size left me very satisfied, the salmon had a nice smoked flavor, the bacon was crunchy, and the mixed greens and tomatoes were fresh. You definitely have to try this place.

When I say this place is FIRE! Everything we got was delicious! The smoked salmon sandwich, the avocado BLT with the sunflower flax bread, and the mussels! Come support this amazing black owned establishment! Plus the ambiance at Union Market can’t be beat!
We got the smoked salmon BLT and it didn’t disappoint. I would definitely eat there again. It’s quick and not that expensive for the amount of smoked salmon you’re getting!

Called DC location to inquire about a refund and got the run around. I was advised to call Baltimore location and was told I would receive a refund and when I called back no seem to no anything...
