I have been patronizing this location since it first opened in Union Market; the portion anizes of the smoked salmon BLT is no longer generous. To make matters worse, the hours are unpredictable. I have traveled to Union Market and fought for parking on more than one occasion and the restaurant was either unexpectedly closed or the entire staff was “on a break” for an unknown duration. In the hustle and bustle of our complex world, sometimes the best things do the simple things perfectly rather than many things somewhat well. This salmon BLT embodies this ethos. The bacon was perfectly crispy, the salmon was flaky and flavorful, the bread was delicately toasted, and the sauce, onions, and lettuce were gently complementing.

The menu here looks so boring, but they serve the best food in Union Market.
Smoked Salmon BLT - Berkshire Bacon, Smoked Salmon, Mixed Greens, Tomato & Aioli. This sandwich is amazing. I typically don't even like smoked salmon or BLT, but theirs are incredible. Flavor & texture are great; Their sauce mixes so well here. Their portion's also pretty generous. You honestly can't go wrong with this sandwich.
