Excellent customer service. The store is pristine. The chocolate is top notch. The packaging is pretty, and its location is tucked into the perfect corner so one can grab some goodies before or after leaving/entering the station.

This was quite the experience. The chocolate was delicious and pleasing to my palate, the customer service that I received was A1. I'll definitely be visiting these chocolatiers, when I return to Union Station.
