Great Service. The staff made me feel welcome and they were happy to answer all my questions. The manager also was very knowledgeable of the chocolate origins, and history of the company.
The staff here is top notch. They make you feel welcome. I was happy 🙂 to receive some complimentary samples of Neuhaus Chocolates. It's magnificent Belgium made chocolate in so many amazing flavors. I joined the Neuhaus rewards program and received a gold box with two chocolates with my purchase of chocolates. What a generous chocolatier to provide samples of their delicious chocolates. A big thank you to the outstanding staff who were so kind. My only regret is not buying...
Excellent customer service. The store is pristine. The chocolate is top notch. The packaging is pretty, and its location is tucked into the perfect corner so one can grab some goodies before or after leaving/entering the station.
