These reviews are absurd, I managed a nice salad bowl for $8 USD. One of the cheapest lunches i’ve had in DC, it’s $17.80/lb. if you’re spending $40 you are having 2lbs of lunch. I would consider buying lunch elsewhere if you typically do eat 2lbs of lunch, but otherwise it was lovely. Shark is cool, coffee is good, would return.
Milagros from the Ocean Cafe is amazing!! She was working at the “Coffee and Sweets” station when I arrived. She was all alone and there was an extremely long line. She greeted every customer very kindly and made the drink fast even though she was alone. An amazing worker and always had a smile. Highly recommend and they have alcoholic options if you are in the market for a spiked coffee beverage.
Make your own grain bowl. Fresh, quality ingredients. Nice seating area. Natural light. 30 meter shark hanging by the entrance.
