Oki Bowl @ Georgetown

No idea why I’m only leaving a review now, We’ve been coming here for 3 years and it has never once disappointed. The food is always amazing, the service outstanding, and it’s truly my ultimate comfort spot. I come here with my husband, friends, dog(in the patio) and always enjoy my soups. It’s a wonderful small business that clearly puts heart into everything they do, and it shows every time we visit. Honestly the best ramen I’ve tried

We ordered the unagi bowl and the spider tom yum.
We hope the unagi bowl could come with a bit more side dishes.
Overall, the food was decent, but not quite impressive enough to make us want to come back.
The interior decor is very cute.

came in with an intense hangover and their ramen brought me to life. also ordered crispy octopus tentacles yummmssss. and finished my meal with Orion beer (Japanese beer) 🍺

Run, don’t walk! Had my first ramen experience in the US, and it might have already set the bar. We ordered the Galanga Ramen (vegetarian) — it looked incredible, and that first bite of crispy kale? Next level. The portion was generous, easily enough for two people. We also tried their Thai Boba, which was delicious. A total value for money, highly recommend this spot — great flavors, great value!

food was good but the waiter that served us literally overcharged us by 16 USD. Unfortunately we only figured it out when were back at the hotel and too far to walk back. We were wandering how was it possible to have spend 69$ for 2 ramen bowls (17 and 18usd) and 2 small apetizers (8 and 10 usd)…. Be careful when they bring your check!!!!

The Oki Curry Ramen is my ultimate comfort food — no matter the season, it always makes me feel warm and happy inside. It’s rich, cozy, and soooo flavorful. Honestly, I crave it all the time. By far my FAVORITE ramen ever!! 🍜💛
Also… the octopus legs?! So tender, so tasty — I’m obsessed. 🐙

I love the menu at this place and can't wait to go back to try more dishes. I wasn't very hungry on my last visit so I just ordered the Dumpling Curry, Tofu Tempura, and Taro Milk Boba Tea. It was all delicious and I had enough leftovers for two more meals. I tried a piece of my friend's kale tempura (from the Galanga Ramen) and it was insanely good. I could have a bowl of just the kale. Not sure if they sell kale tempura separately but they should!
