There was a person (the host) that was handling the food and constantly picking their nose. It didn’t stop. They didn’t wash their hands. :(

I'm not vegetarians at all, but I wouldn't mind having some more veggies within dons. Like two pieces of pickled carrots? C'mon...

Food was amazing. We didn’t order ahead and the wait was less than 15 minutes for our food. Miso soup is fresh, not instant, sashimi was delicious. We have zero complaints.
I really like the food here but they take FOREVER! I ordered one rainbow roll online and it took almost an hour. I got a text when it was ready and it was still another 30 minute wait after that text. I was not offered anything to compensate for my wait.

My go-to spot for lunch. The chicken teriyaki bento is good with generous portion. The side dish that I normally order is the gyoza, very tasty as well.Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian option, never tried them.

The food made me almost instantly feel sick. The woman taking orders was also extremely rude. I’m super disappointed with my experience.

Ordered the 16 piece sushi, only got 14 pieces. The food was fine but this is not the best option in the market.

Not a great experience: some of my sashimi were still partially frozen. Service was not friendly even though we were there before the lunch rush.

How does this place only have 4 stars? Do you all have covid still? Best sushi in town for the price point, even if they're not so used to customer service or the place isn't made for a nice sit down experience (it's Western Market, which is a great upscale food court worth going out of your way for).
Bad service, got the $39 sushi & sashimi got 13 piece instead of 15 pieces I had to get it changed and shrimp bento wasnt that good either wouldn’t recommend

Really sub par ramen. Very underwhelming. For $15 you get a one-note broth and basically no toppings. A few kernels of corn, a few leaves of spinach.

awesome lunch spot. I got a cucumber avocado roll, a salmon roll, and a miso soup for $17. really can't beat it. they also offer a bento box with sashimi, rice, dumplings, and miso soup for under $20tip: order ahead for lunch on their website. you can use apple pay on your phone. the market gets super busy at lunch so you can save yourself a longer wait by ordering abead
