Order canceled because Staff can't seem to do one job - their job. Comfirm. Communicate. Deliver. Waited an hour for my order that was only 30mins and they gave it to the wrong driver. The lady working night shift answering phone don't want to own up to thier mistake and passed it to Doordash- no food just a 10-12 business day refund. What a joke. Why are you still working and serving people you can't even service? How did you survive 2018 to now with these irresponsible workers in you establishment? Do better or shut it down
I always take food from Panda Express, in other places, I had never been to this one, they put so little food on my plate, it's ridiculous...

It’s absolutely unacceptable. How long the line was in the restaurant this evening. Freddy was the manager on duty, and was sooo disrespectful to us. There was not a GM on site. The line was a complete mess. There was no FIFO, the lobby was dirty, no handwashing and very slow cashiers and line persons. Every time I asked for a leader? He claimed he was the GM and we know that’s a lie. There was so much food left on the counters because of a lack of communication to the line persons to keep up throughout and guest ticket times. The restaurant most certainly needs to be staffed better on a Friday night. It’s unacceptable and disappointing. We won’t be back
