This is your basic tourist attraction food court - although we live nearby and are not tourists. Pizza, fries and a few other things, so kid-friendly food. Pizza is good. We usually stop there. Bring a water bottle to refill at one of the refilling stations because bottles of water are expensive.Kid-friendliness: Fries, pizza, kid friendly food.

oops I realized I wrote the review for the wrong place. This place not so bad considering it's one of the few options for getting a snack at the zoo. Stick to the basics dont get anything fancy and you'll be ok. I got a hot dog and soda. Was ok. At least you get to sit outside on the tables. Careful sitting near the trash cans as you'll get lots of little flying visitors wanting a taste of your food.

They only sell pretzels and ice cream. They were out of hot dog pretzels when we went. The cafe overlooks the panda exhibit but there are not many pandas in the summer since it’s so hot. We saw a panda very briefly and then it went inside.
One of the better pizza's I've had. Zoo is smaller than average.but is very nice. Great panda exhibit.
