There is no fountain drinks and tea doesn't taste like it is hot brewed. Wonderful employees & great service!
A lady manager is so mean attitude. Management is not so good ! Coffee is bitter always running out half and half as well as ice 🧊 too ! Employees are good and hardworking. But a Lady manager who works in the afternoon shifts , please fix your attitude for better service! I’ve paid my drink for monthly subscription . I am not free drinker ok 👌!
Amazing Food. Elena, the Cashier was very nice and sincere. The place was busy, but very clean. They had a nice TV tracking the order statuses as well. Great experience.

Worst Panera Bread ever. The store is apparently located in a federal building food court and it is not visible when you walk into the building. The building has airport style security which seemed a bit strange for a Panera Bread. On trying to see whether I was in the right building the extremely rude security staff were shouting at me to tell me I had to go through security (incorrect). They then suggested that if I had a question to speak to the person near the security scanner. On trying to approach her without pushing through the 3 people going through the scanner, they then started shouting at me that I couldn’t approach her to ask my question whether I was in the right place for Panera and had to shout my question in front of these other people. I wasn’t prepared to deal with such rude and aggressive people so walked out. Given the extremely rude security staff, who I assume are government employees, are giving an extremely bad impression for Panera I suggest that they either tell the security staff to act courteously to people who wish to eat in the food court or withdraw from the building to avoid such bad association with such rude people.

Super kind and quick service. This is a smaller Panera, more aimed at a grab-and-go audience, so there’s not much seating but the pastries and all other pickup areas are a bit enhanced and more convenient than other Paneras. We went at a super quiet time, but I imagine it can be quite busy and a tight fit. The biggest trick is finding it. It’s down the hall from the food court on the lower level of this large building with many entrances.

The manager of the location is rude. I ordered bagels and wanted them toast he told me to grab I did then another cashier came and told me if you want toast bagels you can’t grab them I responded your manager who started taking my order told me. She charged me for 4 bagels instead of 2 manager ended up throwing the other 2 I returned. He has to fix his attitude and be more careful , attentive and polite towards all guests. He shouldn’t have a selective service. No matter the amount a person spends treat them with respect. No matter of the color treat them with respect no matter of the accent treat them with respect. Manager fix your attitude be a better example.

The kiosk forces you to leave a tip, however, you don’t know what kind of service your receiving yet. Also it’s dine out no dine in.
