The manager of the location is rude. I ordered bagels and wanted them toast he told me to grab I did then another cashier came and told me if you want toast bagels you can’t grab them I responded your manager who started taking my order told me. She charged me for 4 bagels instead of 2 manager ended up throwing the other 2 I returned. He has to fix his attitude and be more careful , attentive and polite towards all guests. He shouldn’t have a selective service. No matter the amount a person spends treat them with respect. No matter of the color treat them with respect no matter of the accent treat them with respect. Manager fix your attitude be a better example.

The kiosk forces you to leave a tip, however, you don’t know what kind of service your receiving yet. Also it’s dine out no dine in.

I work in the area and I come to this location in the morning. I wish I could give a better review because Davita is astonishing. She greets her customers by name, and with care I literally continue to come here because of her service. Antwan, I can’t say the same he is not helpful with complaints at all. I had a terrible experience with a sandwich purchase on the 03/27/24. I told Antwan about it and he showed no type of empathy or concern at all, literally it made me upset because I spend so much money weekly at this Panera. On top of this the loyalty set up never works so I’m gaining no points. Instead of a small discount or apology he made sure I was charged for every single thing I added to my sandwich on the 28th but still forgot the cheese. It’s sad, I hate spending money when the service of a manager is horrible and I feel robbed, please train Antwan. I was a bar and rest Manager for over 10 years. I can’t make this up I always take pictures of my food. The sandwich from the 27th ,and the 28th neither was right. One was almost $13 one was almost $15 still no cheese??????? I’ll be in to talk to the General Manager, at this point it’s the principle of it. Antjuan decided to force me out of the store this morning yelling there still closed witch was rude because I always come down about the same time. I get that they don’t open until 6 and that Davita gets us started a little early sometimes. That doesn’t give Antwan the authority to abuse his power. Unexceptionable.

It is a standard Panera Bread. Just a quick place to grab a bite down in the food court area. They are busy so a line is to be expected.

The Mexican lady who runs the front is a racist. I watched her blatantly ignore and disrespect a black customer and refuse to take their order. She insisted the customer use the kiosk and told them that she was too busy to take an order but the black customer only had cash. The customer was also well dressed I believe they were an employee in the area. However a group of white customers came in shortly after and she dropped everything and took their orders and greeted them. After watching this I confronted her about it and asked the employee “were you actually too busy for the black customer but not the white customers?” Her response was “yup that’s right”There’s a diverse plethora of employees and constituents who visit this building and use this panera for lunch. A person like her should not be working there. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but I’m a white male and if her actions made me uncomfortable then that says a lot. It was disgusting.

Was hard to find, but it was worth it. Antwan (sorry if I misspelled), was really sweet and wasn’t a long wait for my food.

A little bit confusing to get to the location as the place is inside a building. It’s a bit small but easy to take out your orders. Staffs were kind and friendly. No seating inside but there’s food court near by with available seatings.

Corporate, take notice! The service at this Panera location is beyond amazing. Phil and Vernon are extremely generous and provided top notch customer service for us tonight, when it was an issue that wasn’t their fault whatsoever. Thank you so much!
