We stopped here about 30 mins before close with two toddlers desperate for a quick and easy dinner option after a long day of exploring the city. Their team was absolutely incredible! They were kind and patient with us. They went above and beyond to give us an amazing experience, and I truly could not be more grateful. The food was delicious and we even got some snacks to go. Very lacking Panera. Employees lack attention to detail. I had been there 3 times in the past few days and my order has been messed up, however they did fix the problems. Food as always from Panera is good.
Amir, was friendly from the moment we walked in, he took time to greet us, answered questions, and provided exceptional service. Panera is fortunate to have him and we as patrons are as well!🙌
