I have placed two orders from this establishment, one for pickup and one for delivery.Both experiences were satisfactory and user-friendly.The pizzas were consistently delivered hot and delicious.I would like to suggest that the garlic sauce and green peppers be made optional, as I believe it is wasteful to include them on every pizza.Aside from this, I have no complaints.The experience is even more enjoyable when the Capitals score 5 goals, as it entitles me to a 50% discount.

Ordered Pizza at 6:30, at 8:20 called restaurant and was told pizza was out for delivery. Pizza never came. Just glad I was paying with cash or I'd be cancelling my credit card charge. Not a trustworthy restaurant if you really want food :(

The only reason why I gave 1 star is because I wanted to do this review.The customer service at this restaurant is absolutely horrible its always adittudes when answering the phone taking orders OR if i wanna change my my order it seems to be management of some sortThis is the only papa John's on this side of town let's get it together guys.But overall the FOOD IS GREAT! ?

Part of my order was missing, the food was cold, promised the at 8:08 didn’t get it until 8:37. Call the store for a refund on the missing item, was told I couldn’t get a refund on the missing item. Then proceed to yell at me about a game that’s why the food was late and an item missing from my order. I was told I could only get an in store credit because I used a credit card to pay for my order. If I could give I would give this place a negative five.

I called the store, they very rudely told me that the order was voided and they don’t know why and they said I needed to reorder online. I asked if it would be voided again and they said “maybe you just shouldn’t reorder from us”. Well, I certainly won’t.
