Super small portions for price I paid / just a few items off Uber eats menu ($74 before tip) Saag paneer entree at over 20$ was delivered as the same size as a “side “ of saag paneer listed at 8$ cold soggy samosas too. The search for quality Indian food continues…

10/10 I ordered the butter chicken, the naan basket, lamb ribs, and Goni Manchurian. Literally the best food I have had, the butter chicken could compete with the stuff I had in Kenya. The chicken literally fell apart in my mouth. The staff were so friendly and attentive, top tier service and I hope they’re being paid as such. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality Indian food!

I celebrated my birthday at Pappe and the entire staff were kind and accommodating! The ambience, food, and vibes were amazing. They even offered champagne and tresleches! Run, don’t walk.

Our server Quinn was amazing, food was great, atmosphere was great. Place was very clean and organized. Finding parking was not bad at all and not nearly as expensive as we anticipated.Highly recommend.

The food was really good but for the portion sizes I don’t think it’s worth it to be honest. Spending over $40 for take out and it barely being enough for one person is disappointing. The flavors of everything I tried were superb (butter chicken, garlic naan, samosas and tres lèches).

The meals were always amazing. They custom made my favourite drink. And when the waiter heard that I was marching for democracy, my chai was free of charge. Another waiter ran after me in the freezing cold because I left something behind. Will eat there every time I'm in Washington.

Never misses - Pappe is our go-to Indian restaurant in DC. Consistently excellent food and delicious cocktails. Bartenders and staff are always extremely friendly and attentive. Highly recommend Pappe over any other Indian place in DC for both dine-in and takeout.

Loved Quinn's hospitality and the Chole Kulche. The vegetarian thali was good, but flavors cloud be closer to home and the portion size larger. Overall, worth checking out if you're nearby and super hungry!
Vegetarian options: Chole Kulche, Samosa, Papdi Chaat, Vegetarian Thali

One of the best Indian spots I’ve ever been to honestly the best chicken tikka I’ve ever had in my life better than that at rasika and much cheaper and more casual not sure why it’s not more busy but highly recommend
