When I entered Peacock Cafe I was warmly greeted, and seated in a quiet area as I had requested since it was a lunch meeting. The food was delicious and we were very well looked after by all the staff. The owner came by to greet us, and make sure everything was alright. Food, as always, was delicious, the restaurant is a Georgetown Gem!!
I've reviewed Peacock before (it's my favorite restaurant in Georgetown), but this time we took our three-year-old, and they were so sweet and engaging with him. Great kids' menu (lots of variety), and they gave us a placemat/crayons to keep the kid engaged (you can color the paper covering the table, too!). At the end of our day in DC, we went to the Peacock Cafe, one of our favorites. My wife had the sea bass which she greatly enjoyed. I normally wouldn't write about a cheeseburger, but the flavor was so perfect I had to write this.
