As a Thai Native, I enjoy the authentic Coconut Curry at Mai Thai.I ordered Red Curry Jae from Vegetarian Menu for my dinner. It came with the fried tofu. I did not know and asked for "No Fried Tofu" in my curry. Staff were very supportive. He removed the fried tofu and added steamed vegetables for me. This is the perfect dinner after a day in Georgetown. The Pad Thai, Red Curry Jae and Thai Iced Tea are fantastic. The pineapple fried rice is nice, but I've definitely had better. I've been here twice and plan to go again.

Mai Thai earns three stars for its picturesque location and speedy service. However, the flavors of the dishes lacked depth and authenticity during my visit. With some culinary refinement, Mai Thai has the potential to deliver a more satisfying dining experience.
