Please open up a venue in a better location with free and easy parking. So many shows I want to see but the cost and hassle is too crazy at the Wharf.
Was a great little venue with decent beer. They had a food menu but we did not order anything. There is main floor seating and limited balcony seating. We saw The Bones of J.R. Jones who was fantastic as always.
The DJ for the 2000 promenade sucked! What a waste of time and tickets.
Great venue for music and munchies, right on the Wharf.
Let me start off by saying that my son and I had an excellent time watching Bit Brigade! We purchased the premium seating which in my opinion is only really premium If you can get lined up against the railing upstairs. There are some tables there, but you really can't see the band below from said tables. So basically you're paying extra to be able to go upstairs and hopefully get a spot by the railing or have access to some extra tables. Luckily there were some nice people next to us that let my kids sit up front so they can get a good view.
We got a pizza and it just wasn't very good and the fry portions they give were pretty lame. I do however recommend the pickled veg or smoked olives. The bar service was very attentive and quick so I did appreciate that.
Acoustics were great! The bass sounded great and the drums hit nicely.
This isn't really a problem with Pearl Street Harbor itself, but with any place in that general area - but parking was horrendous and getting there was extremely stressful.
Overall a really fun experience and now that I have a better lay of the land, I will likely be back again!
Small club, good sound and sightlines.
Best venue in DC
Really nice place
Love the vibe of this place! A hidden gem!
Parking options are close but v over priced. Great small venue, a bit oddly shaped. Only if the view venues I’d recommend getting the balcony seats so you can for sure see

Great venue to see a variety of music. Standing and/or tables on the floor before the stage, depending on the act, with several standing tables adjacent to the bar, which services inside patrons as well as those sitting at a few tables out in front. Acoustics were awesome, and those who are hearing challenged that may wonder how "loud" it gets for, say, a fully outfitted band...it can be loud, but not uncomfortably so.
Pearl Street Warehouse is perfect for an intimate concert. We were so close to the stage that we were able to reach out and shake hands with the performers. The mezzanine offers great views of the stage. The location gives it a great back alley kind of feel. However, it was a little difficult to find. The outdoor seating area is perfect if you don't like crowds. You can sit outside and still see and hear the artist. The staff was wonderful too!
Excellent sound system and mocktail options.
Great venue for live music. Indoor/outdoor bar with small but satisfying craft beer selection. Good burger and killer fries.
Great music. Nice crowd, and the creators of the Abff rented it out for a rap party for the comedy festival. The musicians were excellent, and the drinks were tasty but weak. Because the upstairs and downstairs were all made as reserved seating. The low people on the totem pole had nowhere to sit. If you wanted to stay and listen from 10p to 1a, you'd had to stand. I'm a woman of a certain age without Meghan the Stallion knees. I left at 1130p, lol ?
