Great venue to see a variety of music. Standing and/or tables on the floor before the stage, depending on the act, with several standing tables adjacent to the bar, which services inside patrons as well as those sitting at a few tables out in front. Acoustics were awesome, and those who are hearing challenged that may wonder how "loud" it gets for, say, a fully outfitted band...it can be loud, but not uncomfortably so.
Pearl Street Warehouse is perfect for an intimate concert. We were so close to the stage that we were able to reach out and shake hands with the performers. The mezzanine offers great views of the stage. The location gives it a great back alley kind of feel. However, it was a little difficult to find. The outdoor seating area is perfect if you don't like crowds. You can sit outside and still see and hear the artist. The staff was wonderful too!
Great music. Nice crowd, and the creators of the Abff rented it out for a rap party for the comedy festival. The musicians were excellent, and the drinks were tasty but weak. Because the upstairs and downstairs were all made as reserved seating. The low people on the totem pole had nowhere to sit. If you wanted to stay and listen from 10p to 1a, you'd had to stand. I'm a woman of a certain age without Meghan the Stallion knees. I left at 1130p, lol ?
