I Went to Philippe Chow on the Wharf for the first time yesterday to celebrate my brother in Laws birthday. The food service and atmosphere was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
Let’s just say that Philippe Chow is an absolute embarrassment to Chinese culture. In all honesty, Panda Express produces far better food. We ordered fairly basic but how can you rightfully charge $32 for chicken and broccoli that was flavourless and the chicken was so over marinated in corn starch. I give the ambiance, service and food a 5/5. Our server Julio was amazing, very attentive and ensured the service we received was top to tier. Special thanks to the manager Sadi for also ensuring we had an amazing time, can’t wait to revisit #philippechowdc #dmvfood
