I live about a block away from this spot and it quickly became a go to spot for me, especially during Covid lockdown. Sadly the past couple times have been lackluster to say the least. Lately when I order the beef Banh mi it was so filled with gristle and fat I had to pull much of the "beef" out to make it edible. Then today I return and order the same thing and order it with extra beef ($3 up charge) and it is filled with less beef than what I have normally gotten with the extra......doubtful...read full review
