Great happy hour options, but the bartenders are so slow, don't make good drinks, and you always have to yell out for them, theybdont eve great new people sittingdown and ask what they want. They never stop by to ask if everything ok, do you need another drink, or offer any real service. It seems they are usually understaffed. There are no food runners for the bar. The bartender had to handle the bar, make service bar drinks for tables, and run his own food orders. They usually have large underage school groups here, so maybe the bar isn't that important or the real bread and butter for this concept. 🤔

Fantastic place to go for date night, solo date night, or an outing with friends. I've been so many times now I can say it is officially one of my favorite places in the city. The proximity to the waterfront and shopping makes this a great ending to a full day. In the winter it's a reprieve from ice skating and in the summer it's a wonderful fun time with friends. The flatbread pizza (goat cheese and fig) is literally one of the best things I've ever eaten. The portions are plentiful (get a salad! You won't be disappointed) and the drinks are tasty. They have bowling and bocce and there is dining that is secluded from that area as well. You can also sit outsideb next to an old channel lock which showcases the charm and history of the neighborhood.

The concept of Pinstripes is fantastic, but the execution is a bit difficult for large parties. At least it was for this location. In our case we had a 2hr reservation for 8 people. By the time you order your food & drinks and start to play, you only get maybe 1hr of bowling (despite paying for 2). There isn't an option to extend your time or reserve a time longer than 2hrs beforehand. The food was delicious and the drinks were pretty good! In regards to service, except for a couple of managers, the staff seemed not as friendly and rigid with the time - that includes when we checked in and 20 minutes before our time was up. It's such a shame because the amount of money you pay (including the already included gratuity), you would expect more friendly service. So all in all, great atmosphere, great food, service could be better and it's definitely not cheap. Maybe service for private events is better.

My husband, my kids and I came in for bowling today but left because we were not even acknowledged while standing at the counter. An older white gentleman walked in and skipped my husband in line, was instantly assisted by the young woman at the front desk. I gave her and the young man working a chance to at least acknowledge the fact that we were there 1st but that didn’t happen nor was an apology issued. A random staff member noticed my facial expression, she offered assistance once she heard me and my husband talking about what had occurred .This was very upsetting . Imagine this unpleasant experience and me having to explain to my kids why we had to leave. I am sorry but I refuse to support any business that does not treat their customers equally. I would NOT recommend any of my friends, family, nor colleagues to visit your establishment. WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEASE!! Hopefully no one else has this experience

To start this off, if you go during happy hour get the wings with the chili sauce and Brussels sprouts! They’re so good! But I came for the holidays with my work team as our holiday outing and it was good time. Even if you’re bad at bowling it’s a great place to hang out, drink and eat food.

We came here for bowling during lunch time. Bowling was around $100 for a party of three, two hours. The place was clean and tidy. Food was also affordable but they almost forgot my food and did not give us a bill (auto-charged to CC).

Service was not very good, and our server misinformed us of the prices. Was slow to fill water glasses and bring silverware/ napkins. He was also not very warm or kind when asking for service. When I kindly asked him about the prices he stated when I received the bill (I was paying for 13 people at $45/head), he got defensive and rude. Then, I received the bill with auto 20% which seems to be a new thing in DC with a statement saying we have to charge this so we can pay our service people a livable wage. I expected the tip, and I am happy to reward great service above the 18% default I usually provide, but I could not help but think there was no incentive now for good service.
As for the food, the prime rib was good, the ham was ok, and the rest of the breaks food was average at best. For $45/person, I do not feel it was worth the cost, particularly with terrible service.
