Great coffee and pastries!

Just had one of their chocolate croissants and was blown away. Authentic chocolate balanced with a hint of salt and perfect crispiness. Had this at the end of the day too. Lovely staff as well. Must do in DC!

A couple of things to know about this place:
* It's nice for remote working for the most part, but watch out for the tables right under the speakers, as sometimes the music is loud.
* The food is overpriced for what you get. Expect to pay almost $6 for a chocolate chip cookie that's a little burned. Depending on the time of day/night you order, the sandwiches are premade and sit in a glass case all day, and the bread can be kind of dry. But if they make them for you right after you order them (like around lunchtime), the sandwiches are pretty good.
* It's a popular spot for tired parents with kids, so sometimes it has a bit of a daycare vibe with little ones running around like crazy, which can be distracting if you're working.

No atmosphere as it's a take out. Expensive but very tasty.

Good coffee, great place to get some remote work done. Lost a star though because the guy working was very rude. It was nice and quiet when I set up and then after about 20 min a speaker above my table started blasting heavy rock music—not conducive to remote work. When I asked him if he could turn that speaker off or down he said “well there are was no music on before I can’t work like that.”

Bring back the hazelnut gelato! Absolutely the best in the area. The other flavors are good. Pistachio is great. Strawberry, good. But the hazelnut is top…

We had Macha Gelato, the prosciutto sandwich, and avocado toast. It was so delicious.

While Adams is filled with cafes this one is the best to sit and work.

they have a huge table with a window from top for natural lighting. Delicious sandwishes, decent coffee, power plugs on each table and spacious enough to not feel that you need to leave quickly.

Perfect place to work from home. It's bright and open which helps me stay awake while working. The employees are great, the bathrooms are clean and the food is really good but on the pricey side. My only complaint is the music is often like wayyy too loud, so I cant sit by either speaker, and the sonos speaker by the window has this terrible bass rattle lol

I usually don’t like that coffee, but I went out of desperation, and it still was as awful as I remember. Waste of $8
