Terrible place Don't Go here. It was dirty the soda fountain didn't work they were out of the different drinks that were supposed to be available. We weren't even offered a paper plate and the food was worse than a frozen pizza from the grocery store. Also expensive and they make you choose your tip option before the food is prepared which I find very unsettling.

Horrible, horrible, horrible experience... I ordered a pizza at 8:36pm through the %Pizza website for a 9:45pm pickup time. I arrived at 9:45p and found the store closed. The manager, Justin, was inside with one other female and he opened the door for me. He told me that he did not receive an order for me, I showed him my email receipt and he could not answer why my order was not filled. He kept on saying that 9:30p was the cut off time to pick up an order. I explained that the &Pizza website allowed for a (:45pm pickup time...again Justin had not real answer.
I told Justin that if he can't fill my online-order, I wanted to order a pizza now. He told he decided to close the store early because it was quiet, so he could not take an in-store order now. I asked him if corporate approved his closing the store early, he had no answer. The store was totally clean and the rest of the staff were gone, which would indicate they must have closed very early, maybe by 9pm....totally unacceptable! Justin could not issue a refund and did not even apologize, he only said to contact HQ to file a complaint.
What is going &Pizza, how can this happen at a national restaurant chain? You need to train your people better, their level of professionalism is totally lacking. How can they unilaterally close a store early on a "Saturday" night. What's going on &Pizza?!?!?!?!?
My advice to you all, be careful when ordering late from this store!!!
When I went to &pizza for the first time many years ago, it was one of the hottest places. Coming back, the uncleanliness was concerning. The bathrooms were out of order and blocked with full trash cans and the drinking foundations were blocked with boxes. The pizza I ordered had a key ingredient that was out of stock but I had not been told until the very end, so that was a bummer. The pizza overall tasted good but did not prefer the price of almost $15 after tax.
