My partner and I were rudely ushered out well before the posted closing time. Before this, when we walked up to order, the &pizza team member redirected us to use the kiosk instead of taking our order in real time. I personally prefer choosing my ingredients as I see them, so this felt out of customer service standards practice, especially given that there was only one other patron in the store and two team members working. Once our food was ready at 8:33 pm, we were told the store was closing in five minutes. This was confusing, as the website lists the closing time as 9:00 pm. As the team members actively packed up, we asked again to confirm the time, and she gestured they were closing in five minutes. It appeared the crew was closing earlier than scheduled. If this is not the case, updating the operating hours on the website would be very helpful. Suffice it to say, we will not be returning.

They took forever to make my pizza. I ordered at the kiosk and 5 other people walked in while i was sitting there and ordered and got their pizzas before me.
Had Maverick and Hot Honey pizza….so good! And super convenient next to Trolley Tours for monuments….fast and easy!

Besides affordable price & cleanliness of the dining room, I am really impressed by their crust and pizza sauce. I love onion and mushroom on my pizza, I dont also like a co sistant and even spread of the toppings. Their pizza is excellent. More than the pizzaI was impressed by the young lady who by herself was running the place ( she has bows in her braiding, pink ones). My pizza and salad was ready in less than 5 min. She also had a mini rush ( 4-5) which she handled very gracefully. Thank you for great experience.

Ordered the pineapple jak’d pizza. Received absolutely zero pineapple on it. Pizza was dry. Crust was overcooked. Not worth it for me. Not happy.

I am usually not a fan of "flatbread" pizzas, but the pizza I got from &Pizza was amazing! The iced cinnamon twists were pretty darn good, too. Give them a shot. You won't be disappointed.
