Why can't we pick ZERO stars? Ordered their Two Many Mondays 2 for 1 pizza. And it was 2 pizzas too many. It was like they cooked it the day before and left it out all night and reheated. One thin, the other regular, both TERRIBLE, dry, little to no sauce and cheese. OMG the thin crust dry and chalky tasting. Maybe only this Pizza Bolis is bad on Capitol Hill. I've been to Pizza Bolis in Ocean City, MD which was excellent, that Alfredo Pizza was on point. I use to go to Pizza Bolis in Clinton, MD in the late 90's almost every other day it was that good. The one on Capitol Hill needs rehab.

I order from pizza bolis a lot. I must say I really don't prefer this one. They don't cherish their customers. I had to ask for napkins instead of them already giving them to me.Then when I asked for plates they had an attitude because i said i needed five not three.They also started speaking in their language like I didnt know they were talking about me.Then their pizza dough is not all that good. I really prefer the pizza bolis on Alabama ave, believe it or not. They have the best bolis ever.

Very very slow. 10 minutes of a wait time means 30 minutes, so don't walk in here if you're in a hurry. The platter and wraps are not bad, but the pizza is definitely nothing special. The ambiance is just an open, table-less area because this a grab and go spot. Relatively clean, just really slow and minimal staff.

UPDATE: Second time ordering from here -- I got the exact same pizza as I did before because it was so good! Ordered around 6:30 pm on a Saturday and food was here with the quickness (like 30 min)!! Looks amazing and tastes even better. Definitely have one of the best garlic bases I've found if you don't eat red sauce like me.
I'd give a zero if I could. We've ordered a few times... ALWAYS OVER AN HOUR TO GET IT. Our most recent order was simple but they got it wrong. Called to tell them it was the wrong order got the MANAGER first on the phone, he transfers us to the phone girl who proceeded to tell us that she can't do anything that the MANAGER we were just talking to is on break and they'll have to call us back later and that we'll just have to deal with the wrong food that by the way was also COLD. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I called again a couple minutes later, without even asking who I was or what I ordered, I was told ‘it’s on the way,’ then hung up on before I could even speak. I called a third time to cancel my order and was told ‘as you wish.’ The order says delivered and I was not given a refund. I will be calling corporate and will never spend my money here again. Terrible service.

Door dash this tonight and let me say the food is delicious. Visiting from Houston, I ordered the chicken strips with fries and a cheese hand tossed pizza. ?

After calling to check on the status of my delivery order, I was immediately hung up on. I called again a couple minutes later, without even asking who I was or what I ordered, I was told ‘it’s on the way,’ then hung up on before I could even speak. I called a third time to cancel my order and was told ‘as you wish.’ The order says delivered and I was not given a refund. I will be calling corporate and will never spend my money here again. So I ordered some food via doordash. One of the orders was a 6 piece wing which is 10.49. I was double charged 20.98 for a single order of 6 wings. I contacted doordash who directed me to the restaurant as they stated the restaurant sets the prices on doordash. My food had arrived by this time, but as a courtesy, I called the restaurant to share of the price error so it could be fixed for future customers (I wasn’t asking for a refund etc). I was met with an extremely rude worker who attempted to gaslight me and deflect from my concern by throwing in irrelevant details. He then told me that I paid for it so it’s not their fault, thus letting me know that they are fully aware that they are overcharging customers. He told me to contact doordash and ended the call. I love Pizza Boli’s however this type of service is NOT acceptable especially when a customer is just trying to help out. In this economy, people are trying to make it, so we need to be apart of the solution and not add to the problem. When you go to a restaurant you should expect to be treated fairly and not ridiculed when speaking up. Shame on this establishment. I won’t go back and don’t recommend anyone else to go there as I fear that they might be scammed too.
