The server Donovan was beyond rude disrespectful, and he overcharged me for a cheese pizza and told me because I got the drizzle of hot honey and garlic that it was supposed to be $16. I don’t know if this young man was having a bad day or what but please don’t go in there. I no longer will support this establishment. I will go in Sunday through Wednesday and I have so many receipts that have same price and the fact that you overcharged me because you were having a bad day is unbelievable. I’m done with &pizza.

Kid-friendliness: My 5 year old loved it! She said it’s better than the Pizza Hut personal pan pizza.

This place has tasty pizzas but dang, the service. Went in tonight and stood there trying to order. The rest was, wow. Time stopped. I ordered no pizza. Never got a chance. Life passed me by so fast and I got old. And then I went home to plan my geezerhood. Hungry in a rocking chair. Creak. Creak. Creak.
When we came in, we were not greeted, the place was not clean enough for us to sit, eat, and vibe which was our plan. The display screen was broken and the attitudes were not on point!! We had just gotten off work and by the Grace of God found a parking spot a street over, so before anyone asks, that's why we didn't leave. I just knew the Glizzy McGuire pizza I ordered was gonna eat!! It didnt!! It was the worst!! I will most definitely go back to VA and get the one I originally ordered from Bradlee Shopping Center. That's the reason I wanted another one! Now, that one was on point! It wasn't overloaded with toppings, it was just right!! The one on half street, the hot dogs weren't cooked thoroughly, but the crust was and the chili was disgusting!! Again, it was too much going on. Oh, and my daughter ordered garlic knots with hot honey drizzle which has been done for her before at other locations. However, she specifically ordered it this time and he gave her hot knots and when he was asked about it, he said, "oh, just pick the jalapeños out, it'll be good and we're not allow to do it the way you asked". ? so needless to say, we will NEVER buy from this location again, EVER!!

Do not go to this location! When I first walked in the spoke to the woman in the front, she was really nice. As I walked to the back to look there was a person walking out eating a sour straw and stuffing it in her mouth. She didn’t wash her hands. She put on gloves and I was still looking at the menu. As I took my AirPods out to hear she said "what are you having?" Before I can even respond she yelled "What are you having?". Her name was Imani. There was no need for the attitude as I hadn't even said one word to this person. I told the manager Brittany (no sure the correct spelling) what happened and she offered to make it for me, but l just walked out. Not interested in giving my money or time to people that are rude for no reason.
