I visited for my birthday and thought it was a great place, good atmosphere, and great conversation. Especially enjoyed the selection of arcade games and pinball machines. They even had a right fine selection of local brews. If you're in the area it's definitely a place to check out.
I used to be a regular here until I saw how unprofessional security is. I recommended this place to some friends and we had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in DC. I will not be back.

Players Club is a restaurant with a lively atmosphere, offering various games and activities. It can get crowded on weekends, especially on Fridays and Saturdays, with lines sometimes extending out the door, but the wait for drinks remains relatively short. On weeknights, the place is often more chill, making it a great spot to grab a drink, play pool, and chat with friends. The rooftop, open in summer, and the basement provide unique settings for different occasions. Downstairs, there is plenty of seating, including couches for a more intimate chat, and a bar with TVs that add to the fun. There are many arcade games available to spark some friendly competition, along with pinball machines, basketball games, skeeball, and slot machines. Players Club is known for its good drink prices and clean environment, with friendly bartenders enhancing the experience. However, parking can be challenging due to the location. Despite a minor issue with customer service regarding a lost wallet, Players Club is still recommended for its vibrant atmosphere and great value, making it a perfect date night spot.
