Okay I guess this is my fault for not paying attention, but we ordered food at Saturday brunch and then realized there was nowhere to sit. And then had to eat standing up for a while. I realize this is a problem at most places with counter service, but there has to be a solution right?? Right???? The food was good though!

Very nice staff, and the butter croissant is one of the best I've ever had!

Have been going here for 3 years, but the last few times I’ve gone the coffee has been very lacking, I’m ordering the same latte I always have but it tastes basically like syrup flavored milk. Not worth paying 7 dollars for something I can make better at home. Pastries, especially the croissants, are good though.

You won’t go wrong with either the pain suisse or the brown butter almond cake.

The best croissants and bread I've found this side of the Atlantic, if there's a line in the morning it is worth the wait. Clean and inviting interior.

Food and drinks are so much better than the Blue Bottle cafe over the street. I got the London Fog, quiche of the day (spinach and egg), brown sugar almond cake, and the sweet danish. 10000000% recommended! Most items are between $4-7 and are excellently made. It’s also really cute inside and would be a good place for a coffee chat—not so much for studying, there’s only two spots for plugs but their wifi speed is decent.

Atmosphere is nice. Service is a bit slow. Food was OK - would recommend pastries over hot prepared food. Coffee was good but not outstanding. Espresso was slightly over extracted and a bit sour. Whole bean coffee is for sale from Small Planes coffee - most were roasted within 2 weeks of when we visited Pluma.

Everything was overpriced but that seems normal for the Wharf.

Worth a try if you are local for a day or two. Would search elsewhere for a daily coffee shop if you live in the area.

The chai latte was flavorful and very spicy. Bread pudding and pumpkin loaf were pretty good, and not too sweet.

That said — I only ordered four things, and I had to remind them of half. Wasn't very busy. Interior feels cramped, and there are only two outlets.

Free water no free WiFi. Street parking at the front but not a lot. Take cards and Apple Pay.
Take in kind
Not much of bakery options
Place is not big for in store seating

Service was slow and they have fruit flies. I walked right out when I saw fruit flies getting cozy in the morning buns. Also the kitchen closes early.
