About SHIA

SHIA is a small, thoughtfully curated restaurant that offers a unique and memorable dining experience. The ambiance is tranquil and polished, reflecting careful attention to detail in decor and atmosphere. Guests are greeted warmly and treated with excellent service, with staff being attentive and knowledgeable. The restaurant features a variety of menus, including a 5-course option served in the bar area and a 7-course experience in the main dining area, showcasing a blend of culinary creativity and Korean influences.

The cuisine at SHIA is highly regarded for its well-balanced flavors, texture, and depth. Dishes like lobster, Samgye Juk, and lamb demonstrate a mastery of flavors, although some reviews mention that certain dishes, like the lamb loins, can be chewy and less satisfying. The menu includes innovative creations such as the final dish made with gochujang and raspberry, which left a strong impression on diners. Korean pairing of beverages, including tea, complements the menu well, adding to the overall experience.

While many reviews praise the culinary artistry and memorable flavors, some guests found certain desserts, like the sundae, to be too small and subtle in taste. Despite this, the overall experience is highly positive, emphasizing the hospitality, care, and creativity that define SHIA. Visitors often leave eager to return, appreciating the unique blend of flavors and the refined yet welcoming atmosphere.
