Today I visited this establishment and made a purchase. I encountered a young lady by the name of "NaNa". Ms NaNa accepted and completed my order within 3 minutes! From start til finish MsNaNa was "fast, accurate and showed LEADERSHIP! I have been in CUSTOMER SERVICE over 45 years and I was extremely impressed and amazed with how quick and accurate Ms NaNa completed my order! I say to you Popeyes Managnament, "You have a Winner with this young lady! NaNa keep up the Great work.You will succeed in any and every thing you do! God Bless!"

OMG. I haven't been to a Popeyes in a long time and now I remember why. We ordered 16 pieces. Delivered in small boxes. Most of the pieces were small and if one happened to be bigger than normal, when I removed the skin, hardly any meat. Breast, I guess the thought is, they won't be able to fit in the small boxes. We also ordered a chicken sandwich, oh that was great. Our bill was over $50. That's right provide everything in boxes so the customer doesn't see until they get home. Even the receipt did not provide an email address or phone number for feedback. I guess they know. Have some pride, this food was not worth the money. How do they stay in business??

Parking: Very bad neighborhood. One does not get out of the car. I was told while ordering via drive through, someone shows up asking for food.

I’m up here speaking for the work experience they are a low key RACIST RESTAURANT they pick and choose and show favoritism! It’s rarely a hand full of black people working here ! Before you get the job he will tell you he don’t mind giving you hours and he don’t . he’ll give all the hours to the mixed people and maybe like 2 black people cause they been there the longest . And they know how it go . then it’s no cooperate office to call on them cause they is a franchise! And the owner is also mixed . As you see on the screen shot the red marks are all the black people we have each black person they terminate another mixed person come in THEY ALSO have roaches ! Everywhere ! I witnessed it. Moral of the story is THEY ARE NOT Equal . And one of the mangers there name JAN talks to the black coworkers in there like we are slaves if we in the wrong ! By accident! One time my name tag was just in the my bag and I didnt have it on he harassed me for not having it on and all they said was “ that’s how he talk to people “ and every since he had been saying every lil thing to me . And I quit they didn’t fire me also one of the employees said THEY MIGHT'VE HIRED ME BECAUSE MY NAME IS SALEENA that it self is racism to hire me off of my Name ! And can you just imagine us having just one 50% black American Male working at Popeyes all others boys mixed
