I was sitting eating a sandwich I just purchased, and sat at the only table available exhausted from my trip. After sitting there for neaonly 15 minutes, the worker rudely approached me claiming it was a fire hazard to sit at the table. He had no sign indicating it was a hazard or Anything and made me get up! I was so tired from my trip and I was also pregnant! That's not a way to treat your customers, if it's a hard there should be a sign, which would be negligence on pot belly. He was so disrespectful,

I don't normally write reviews for chains but I'm writing one today because this Potbelly has the best service of any location I've visited. Even at the end of a long day, the crew was quick, professional, energetic and in good humor; the kind of excellence that takes intentionality and is too often hard to find. While everyone was great, in particular, I want to give a shout out to Keith, who when there was a small mistake in my order went above and beyond to make it right -- Potbelly is lucky to have him on staff, he's the kind of guy that will keep customers coming back to this location.

Inconsistent—some of the staff were very friendly, but the woman taking orders ignored my first attempts to get her attention, spoke impolitely, and refused to make eye contact. What’s more, I came here within half an hour of opening time all the tables were absolutely filthy. They definitely had not been cleaned since the previous day, or maybe longer ago.

Do not order from this store through doordash. I ordered two Italians subs and a ham sub. Guess what. All three just had the meat. no vegetables or any toppings were included in any of the three subs.

If I could give zero I would. This store stole from me. I ordered a tuna sandwich but they didn’t have tuna. I asked for a refund and they said they would give me one but my money never came. I called the store and the manager was in a “meeting” and I was told I would get a call back but never did. I contacted corporate but nothing. I really like potbelly’s but it’s hard to support a company who would steal meal money for me but chump change for them.

The sandwhich is delicious but their customer service needs help. Not only is it insanely loud inside from them playing music all day. And you can't communicate because of the noise. They made fun of a customer, right in their face. And started laughing. If this is how employees treat their customers then I won't be coming here anymore.
