I ordered a delivery with Grubhub everything was okey delicious but my Italian sandwich had Moho on it that was so disgusting ???they have to be more careful with that because people can get sick

If you're going here and expecting to have a good sandwich, you will be sorely disappointed. Ordered a simple turkey/roast beef/salami/ham sandwich (just those ingredients) and was given a tuna sandwich with mayo. I frankly don't know how it's possible for somebody to mess up a simple order like this but I will not be returning.

Great sandwiches and super friendly staff. We came in while they were already closed, but staff was so nice to make us a sandwich. A warm welcome after a long day of traveling.

Great customer service, my online order was missing so the guy I spoke with made it for me and also offered a free drink for the inconvenience. Not sure his name but it was on July 31st at 7pm. The guy that wears a head scarf! Thank you
Food is great, fast and nice staff. We go there all the time. Get the rewards account it pays off when you go at least three times.

Hi - I had ordered from Potbelly in Vanness on June 29. The order was never delivered and I was charged $55. It has been a month and I have been asked to reach out to corporate office who never responds. I feel cheated and suggest not to order again.

The sandwiches are flavorless and has more bread than turkey meat. I'm spending no more money on cold cuts here.Update - I did send an email an hour after the owner asked me to YET no one responded to that email. This just let's me know they don't really care.

This woman has a stank attitude every time I come here. She is rude, impotent, and impatient. Waited in the front for a few minutes and runged the bell. She came out, twisted her face and asked if I had a disability. When I said no, she rolled her eyes and walked to the back. She made my sandwich shortly afterwards and it was sloppy, burnt, and missing a few condiments. I’m sure there’s other fast food jobs hiring if she’s not satisfied here. She should be fired for the continuous poor customer service.
