I ordered an Italian and asked for my toppings and got barely anything I asked for and that ruined my sandwich. I usually am happy with this location but sadly lately it's gotten worse especially with what the customer asks for. The restaurant itself was not very clean and the restrooms were filthy
About what you’d expect from a chain sandwich store. The staff are really nice and accommodating, but the model of how Potbelly is setup makes it a bit slower if you’re looking for a quick grab. The restaurant has flies and the seating can wobble under you, along with a bathroom door that jams.
My sandwich was good, a bit watery idk what’s up with the garlic sauce. However awesome customer service from the young lady with glasses and the darkskin gentleman. Also witnessed them treat all customers with care. I am person who is big on cleanness and changing gloves. A plus, keep up the good job it’s appreciated.
