Great sandwiches at a nice location however incredibly rood customer service. We came almost 2 hours before closing time, however the lady making the sandwiches didn’t let us sit almost anywhere and proceeded to name all things things that weren’t available, which was apparently half of everything. She was rude throughout and really made it obvious that she wanted us to leave.

When we went in about 5:00 pm, already most of the chairs were put upside down and unable to use. Outside seating is not strict to the Potbelly customer. Finding the seating might be a challenge.
Food tastes good for reasonable pricing. Soup runs out very quickly, so go early if you want.
