Fine spot.
Only got a bubble green tea but it really hit the spot
Their milk tea is so good, and the owner is really friendly. Definitely check this place out and show them some love!

The boba is sweet and chewy, and the moochi donuts are a must-try, especially the ube moochi donut. The warm milk foam tea is a perfect pick-me-up for a dreary day. While the tea quality can be hit-or-miss and sometimes proportions are a little off, the overall experience makes it a great spot to meet with friends and try out some boba. The bubble tea was great and delicious, especially the honey strawberry green tea.
