The lady calling for the food and coffees today was *extremely* rude.
When I came to check after a long delay about my bagel, she disregarded me rudely saying “I didn’t say any bagel”.
A more appropriate response from a serviceman would be something like “the bagel is coming right up” or even “it’s not ready yet”. Really not that difficult.

I understand your a fast place service, but one staff member was just rude an short with myself an others inline. ordering.
Typically fast service and focus on details. Today didn’t get order of dark roast, venti, no room. Missed no room and had to order coffee from pick up area.

They offered meaningful memorial options and provided comfort. The attention to detail is notable; a hot version of the iced matcha latte was served in a larger cup for a balance of foam and matcha. The service is top-notch, with staff who are incredibly outgoing and have a genuine smile. They are fast and efficient, making sure orders are exactly right while being friendly and engaging. The coffee is very good, and drinks are served out very fast. The staff is super nice.
